UNCOMMON: SUPERIOR CONTENT! Cloth has reasonably firm text block though hinges show webbing and the hefty volume is well used and shaken; considerable wear (scuffing, moderate soil, corners showing cardboard); plates are clean and unfoxed (very few with clean edge-nicks), well illustrated with many B&W photos of notable early golfers, informative text, folding map of Old St. Andrews. Ex Library with spine lettering, plate of Public Library on front pastedown.
