Oscar Lewis (1893 – 1992) was one of the first authors and historians to write seriously about the literary, cultural and social history of the American West, early California, and Hawaii. [He is not to be confused with the American anthropologist who studied poverty.]

Generally SUPERIOR COPY: Tight, unmarked, with light age-toning. The dust jacket is bright with chipping mainly to the head and foot of its spine. Hard to get a better copy for this printing made during the Korean War.

Price: $20.00
