L. Frank Baum (1856 – 1919) was chiefly famous for his children's books, particularly The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and its sequels. He wrote a total of 14 novels in the Oz series, plus 41 other novels, 83 short stories, over 200 poems, and many scripts.
GOOD externally (solid and tight) and VERY GOOD internally. Moderate wear to color plate on cover and edge-&-corner wear. The B&W illustrations and all pages are quite clean, unfoxed, and without marks or sciribbles. No ownership or other marks by previous booklover. Ships bubble-wrapped in a stout box.
