"Crabbe Evers" is the pseudonym of William Brashler (born 1947) and Reinder Van Til. Brashler (born 1947) is an American author and journalist best known for writing The Bingo Long Traveling All-Stars and Motor Kings (1973).

Reinder Van Til is a longtime editor at Eerdmans Publishing Co. He has also written Thin Ice: Coming of Age in Grand Rapids (with Gordon Olson) and Lost Daughters: Recovered Memory Therapy and the People It Hurts.
