The Tim Woodman of Oz (1908) by L. Frank Baum is the 12th in the Oz series and was originally published in 1918. This copy's stylized Reilly & Lee imprint was used from c.1934-1951. In this volume the Tin Woodman is reunited with his Munchkin sweetheart Nimmie Amee from the days when he was flesh and blood. This was a back-story from Baum's 1900 novel, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

L. F. Baum (1856 – 1919) was a bestselling American author famous for his children's books, particularly The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and its sequels. He wrote a total of 14 novels in the Oz series, plus 41 other novels, 83 short stories, over 200 poems, and at least 42 scripts.

GOOD PLUS CONDITION. Cloth is firm though covers are somewhat worn with light fraying to some edges and spine ends. Pages are lightly age-toned and quite clean without notes or scribbles. Plates remain bright without foxing. Previous owner's name and date of "Xmas 1933" within publisher's printed name box on free front endpaper.
