One tends to forget that Herman "Moby Dick, Polynesia, & Bartleby" Melville wrote a considerable body of interesting poetry with his enormous verse epic Clarel --here well represented--being arguably the most important. This is a superior selection by poet Robert Penn Warren.
Overall a hefty volume in Fine condition. Solid, tight, clean in near comparable dust jacket (unclipped) with min wear and a small nick to the top of the dj's spine. No previous owner or remainder marks.
