Margot Arnold (born 1925) is the pseudonym of Petronelle Marguerite Mary Cook. She was born in Plymouth, Devon, England and has long resided in Hyannis, Mass. She holds an MA from Oxford in Prehistoric Archaeology. As a mystery writer, she is the creator of the Dr. Penny Spring and Sir Toby Glendower series, about a world-travelling anthropologist and archeologist based at Oxford University.
