Julian Doyle is a self-taught and superb freelance illustrator. He has created wonderfully imaginative full-color illustrations for this edition of Carroll's famous poems, which also includes such memorable pieces as "How Doth The Little Crocodile," "You Are Old Father William," "Turtle Soup," and "Jabberwocky"--among others. This edition was first published by Salem House Publishers of Massachusetts in the same year of 1986.
