Boston and Cambridge: Houghton Mifflin Company / The Riverside Press, 1963. James Stevenson. First Printing. Near Fine / Very Good +. Item #4230
James Stevenson's cartoons have a Thurburesque quality. Epernay provides humorous (and not so funny) illustrations of "distinguished doctor" McLandress's measurements of egocentrism, or how long a man's thouyghts "remain diverted from his own personality." A less known classic of the Peter's Principle variety.
Overall, VG/NF condition. Clean and tight with bright cartoons. Some small nicks to the periphery of the dust jacket.
