VERY GOOD COPY that's very clean internally. Pages are uniformly browned due to the wartime paper used at this time. Very bright colorful pictorial dust jacket with a small sliver missing from the head of the spine and minor rubbing.
First appearance in 1928. This is a later edition. The top right of the front flap has "6565." List of Hardy Boys' books on flap end with "The Secret Panel." Rear Ads conclude with "The Mystery of the Flying Express." Verso of dj has a depiction of a World War II P-38 Lightning fighter plane; ergo publication post-1940s.
