Fine copy of this important study.
Embossed with "Presentation Copy" on lower right of the title page. Large bookplate of "Quator Coronati Library" [Masonic?] on front pastedown. Very slight light 2" brown offset on title page. Pages generally very clean and tight with little to no foxing to text or engravings.
Gilt is bright and binding is sound with fine caps, though slightly rubbed, cocked, and with bumped corners & a few small bubbles in the lower cover.
